It’s easy to think we know best, especially when peer pressure, social media, or even family dynamics push us in the wrong direction. Proverbs 19:26–27 warns against rejecting wise instruction; turning away from guidance can lead to serious consequences. Psalm 80 reminds us that God is ready to restore and shine His light on our lives when we turn to Him. And Luke 12 tells us that nothing stays hidden from God—our choices, good or bad, are seen, and ultimately, honesty and integrity matter. The choices you make today set the tone for your future. Listening to wise counsel, honoring those who care for you, and seeking God’s guidance help you walk in a path that leads to life and blessing. God doesn’t want you to stumble or feel lost—He wants to restore and guide you when you turn back to Him.________________________________________THINK ABOUT IT1. Value Wise Advice: Are there voices—parents, mentors, or even friends—that God is using to guide you? How can you start listening more carefully to their advice (Proverbs 19:26–27)?2. Seek God’s Restoration: When you feel discouraged, disconnected, or have made mistakes, how can you bring your heart to God and ask Him to restore you (Psalm 80:3)?3. Live Transparently: Knowing that nothing is hidden from God (Luke 12:2)—how does this change the way you make decisions and treat others in your daily life?________________________________________BOTTOM LINEListening to wisdom, seeking God’s restoration, and living with integrity lead to a life that honors God and protects your future.________________________________________PRAYERHeavenly Father, thank You for always seeing me and guiding me, even when I make mistakes. Help me to listen to wise counsel, honor those You’ve placed in my life, and seek Your restoration when I stumble. Give me courage to live openly and make choices that reflect Your truth and love. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
